Community expectations

• Treat students, educators, and volunteers with dignity, regardless of background or circumstances.
• Keep conversations appropriate to education and the agreed activity.
• Do not pressure anyone to share private information, pay for promised admission, or take part in photographs.
• Seek permission before sharing someone else’s story or photograph.
• Coordinate activities involving younger students through their institution and responsible adults.

Raise a concern

If you have a concern about an activity, volunteer conduct, a message, or a photograph, email rahenoor.org.pk@gmail.com or select “Feedback or concern” on our contact form. Share the activity or page involved and enough information for the team to understand what happened. Avoid including unrelated personal details.

Support and follow-up

You may ask a trusted adult or educator to help you raise a concern. Please indicate a safe way for the team to contact you. This inbox is for organisational correspondence and is not an emergency service.
