Information you choose to share
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry topic, and message. The application form also collects your institution, city, study or professional background, availability, preferred role, and a required PDF CV up to 5 MB. A phone number is required for applications.
How your submission is used
Your submission is emailed to the RAHENOOR team at rahenoor.org.pk@gmail.com. It is used to respond to your enquiry, review your application, and discuss relevant next steps. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Where information goes
Submissions pass through our website hosting and email providers. The website does not create a public applicant profile or store applications in a website database. Messages and CVs remain in the team’s email system and are handled as correspondence. Do not include passwords, identity documents, bank details, or other information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Website analytics and abuse prevention
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and improve the experience. The forms use a hidden spam field and a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. This temporary identifier expires after 15 minutes and is not included in your email submission.
Retention, access, and deletion
To ask about information held in your correspondence, correct your details, withdraw an application, or request deletion, email rahenoor.org.pk@gmail.com. Please use the address from your original submission so the team can identify the relevant correspondence. The team will explain any information that needs to be retained.
Students and photographs
If you are under 18, involve a parent, guardian, or educator before sharing a CV or personal information. If a published photograph includes you and you would like it reviewed or removed, send us the page link and identify the image. You do not need to send an identity document with your initial request.
